Sal was our sales rep. Super nice guy and patient with us when we were anxious to get the project complete. He explained what was being done and when. Sometimes we would forget what we ordered or how we agreed on the setup. Sal was excellent and providing that clarity. Also Eduardo was amazing in the kitchen setup and roof touch ups. His attention to detail was impeccable. I will definitely ask for Sal and Eduardo again for next year's project.
Working with Sal at Shinedeck over the past few months has been an outstanding experience. Coming from a sales background myself, I truly appreciated how well Sal understood our vision and what we were trying to accomplish with our lanai addition. From day one, he was prompt, professional, respectful, and consistently communicative throughout the entire process, which gave us a great deal of confidence every step of the way. I also want to recognize Marisol for everything she did behind the scenes to keep our project moving smoothly and ensure all the details were aligned. Her support and organization did not go unnoticed. Salvador was our sales rep and he was awesome to work with from start to finish of our paver project. He was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. He answered all of my questions when he came out for the estimate. The installation crew worked very efficiently and they did a fantastic job! We couldn’t be happier with our new patio. We will definitely hire Shinedeck again for other projects in the future!
We had Shinedeck extend our lanai and add a beautiful Mansard cage. The entire Shinedeck team from sales (Sal) to the office to the tile layers and cage construction was top notch! We had continuous communication with them on the status of the project and we ended up with a beautiful lanai that is well built plus beautiful! They were also able to incorporate a panoramic screen to keep our view from being interrupted which is amazing. Cannot recommend Shinedeck enough. Definitely a 10+!
